Outside Counsel

American Tower suggests that its outside counsel use the American Tower discovery protocols, checklists, and guidelines that are accessible from this webpage in order to facilitate best practices, consistency, and repeatability in managing electronic discovery requests in both state and federal courts. 

The materials in this web page are divided into a number of chapters, each addressing a specific topic. Each chapter includes a checklist which provides an index of potentially applicable processes that may be implicated by legal, regulatory, or policy concerns to enable the development of an appropriate discovery plan for each matter.

This site was prepared by counsel for American Tower and is for the use of American Tower’s internal counsel and its selected outside counsel only. It is protected by the attorney-client privilege and the work product doctrine.
