Each employee signs our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Policy annually, committing to uphold our ethical standards and embody the Company's fundamental values of ethical business practice.
"Raise Your Hand"
At American Tower, all employees play a part in safeguarding our values and integrity, and we encourage our employees to "raise their hands" and speak out if they believe that we're not doing the right things the right way.
There are a number of ways employees can report situations they believe may threaten American Tower’s values, including talking to their managers, Human Resources or our Ethics Committee. In addition, employees can submit reports through our confidential hotline with Global Compliance. For Global Compliance’s contact information, visit our Corporate Governance page.
For the past several years, American Tower has been selected for the FTSE4Good Index, a tool for investors that identifies companies that meet globally recognized corporate responsibility standards.
