Leasing Operations processes collocation applications, tracks progress and provides status updates utilizing ON AIR Access, our 24/7 customer portal.
Engineering – Delivers innovative structural engineering solutions to get our customers on air quickly, while ensuring the safety, quality and reliability of every American Tower site. We know our assets better than anyone else.

Network Operations Center – Provides best-in-class monitoring and support for the full breadth of our services. Highly skilled engineers and technicians stand ready to ensure smooth and efficient assessment and resolution of any service-impacting issues on any of our platforms.
Regulatory Compliance – Ensures our sites meet federal, state and local environmental regulations and administers our Bird Watch Program for monitoring site access in areas where protected bird species nest.
Landlord and Customer Relations – Responds to all landlord and customer inquiries, providing immediate service and forwarding contact to the proper internal functional group to ensure prompt resolution.
