Learn about our updated site locator mobile app as well as the latest improvements in our Network Operations Center, rooftop applications, and DAS leasing and deployment processes.

At the beginning of the year, I shared details about some of the key improvements we made in 2018 in response to your feedback. Making those improvements wasn’t a one-time thing. We’re continuously improving our tools, systems, and processes to serve you better.

To keep you up-to-date about our latest customer service improvements, I’ll post a blog every few months to highlight the latest steps we’ve taken to ensure you enjoy a consistent and positive experience every time you choose to work with us.

Find Sites While on the Move

Using our updated site locator app, offered on your mobile device, you can take advantage of the same site-searching features you appreciate on our online, innovative site locator tool.

With the mobile app, you can use your smartphone or tablet wherever you are to quickly access information about our sites:

  • Find sites based on your current location
  • Search for sites by asset number, name, address, or geographic coordinates
  • Calculate distance and area measurements
  • Choose from 12 basemaps
  • Inquire about sites and request additional information

To find sites on the go, download our app by searching for American Tower site locator on the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Call Our NOC for Building and Venue Requirements

The expert team in our Network Operations Center (NOC) is well-known for the helpful and efficient service they provide to our customers. To ensure all our customers benefit from our NOC, we’ve extended NOC support to include our building and venue solutions:

If you’re a customer for one of these solutions, contact the NOC at 888-773-4122, day or night, for all of your requirements. Our highly experienced and knowledgeable team will make sure your issue or question is resolved by the right person as quickly as possible.

Submit Rooftop Applications Online

In my last post, I told you about our simplified rooftop leasing process and the ability to track your rooftop projects online. I also noted that we would soon be sharing details about additional improvements.

You can now submit rooftop collocation applications online using your American Tower account, just as you can for tower collocations. In fact, there is now a single application process for rooftop and tower applications.

By logging in to your American Tower account, you get all the great functionality you’ve come to rely on, like finding sites, applying for collocations, and tracking projects, along with several helpful new features. Be sure to use the built-in feedback forms to tell us what you think of the online experience.
